Red Wind Casino Seafood Restaurant
As part of a multi-phase project to expand the Nisqually Indian Tribe’s Red Wind Casino, Korsmo Construction completed the addition of a new seafood restaurant/bar inside the casino.
Beautiful features including a custom bar area, natural stone accent wall with intricate glass tile and a custom water feature create a serene atmosphere and serve as focal points of the new restaurant.
The phasing of this job required strategic planning to ensure that all casino operations remained open during construction. Strategic phasing and the use of partition walls with sound insulation and finished paint helped isolate patrons from construction while maintaining aesthetics.

Guests can enjoy a meal at a cozy table, or head over to the bar and watch the chef prepare fresh seafood before their eyes. They can ask questions about seasonings and preparation.
“No matter what our chefs prepare, it’s never far from harvest to plate,” said Darling. “Northwest tribal fishermen provide us the very best salmon and halibut. Our produce is local and seasonal. Our oysters and clams come from local shellfish farms, and foods not raised locally are carefully sourced from tribes throughout the United States.”
