Calculated Take-off Time Slot
Normally, the aircraft should take-off within 15 minutes of the time stated in its flight plan but, if a slot is necessary, then this window is shrunk – to within five minutes before the CTOT or within ten minutes after the CTOT. If the aircraft can’t achieve this take-off time, then it has to reapply for a slot.
- John (YA) Peak LTE data rate can be calculated using the following parameters: 1 Time-slot=0.5 ms (i.e 1 Sub-frame = 1 ms) 1 Time-slot=7 Modulation Symbols (when normal CP length is used) 1 Modulation Symbol=6 bits; if 64 QAM is used as modulation scheme. Data rate for a single carrier=Number of symbols per time slot.Bits per symbol/Duration of a time slot=7.6/0.5e-3=84kbps.
- The key is to do an AND of each Person/Slot in pairs iteratively. (Person1 availability on slot 0) & (Person2 availability on slot 0). If it is 0 break the loop immediately because we cannot find a match for this slot. An exact match for a slot on a particular day is arrived at if the repeated ANDs yield 1 for a day/slot combo.
